Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Arkansas, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional wellness and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also integrate trauma-informed modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) when appropriate. With a deep commitment to creating a safe, compassionate space, I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. Whether you're working through trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking greater clarity in life, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and expertise. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy time with my wife, hobby farming, and exploring the outdoors—activities that keep me grounded and reflect the balance and connection I value in my clinical work.
